I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully furnished, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location, while a bit far from the center of Lucerne, was still awesome with scenic mountains in the backdrop. The dining options were decent, and the facilities were well-maintained.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the beautiful view it offered, despite being unable to fully enjoy it at night due to street noise. The hotel's location was slightly further from the center of Lucerne than expected, but the easy access to transportation made up for it. The service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff. The dining experience was a highlight, especially the delicious coffee. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor inconveniences.
